I need a logo altered - I have had one designed already but would like some changes.

The changes required have altered as of input from my colleague and he is now after a logo exactly like the attachment in the Word document.

New reference file in Word document is now available. I'm sorry for the change - my instructions have been updated. If you could create a logo just like the one in the Word doc (instructions within) that would be great. Time has been extended :)

General message: Awesome work, thankyou so far everyone. I'm looking for the ".com.au" to be more of a feature - where most of you have it in the silver is fine, but happy for other suggestions too - maybe have it with some more attitude/different text - doesn't have to be bevelled though, just plain text. It's important too because this is a website's logo.
Secondly, very happy with #2 's colour choice, same as the reference pic, so if you want to match to the reference please do - it's what I'm looking for.
Some of the logos have elongated vertically - not a huge problem if it's a stunning design but the square look is preferred as an overall logo shape.
Again thankyou, I will check in again tomorrow so please bear with me - it's a weekend and I'm in Australia so I might be in a different zone but will be with you again in a day or so.
