The running group is called : Sustain the Pain

I need a logo that can be printed on a banner, on flyers, postcards and buttons.

- Size: 5inches by 5 inches in 300dpi
- Theme: Must have something to do with running. and include the words Sustain the Pain somewhere in the design

Something 'fun' would be great!
