Logo preferences

ImpactMatters as one word with capital I and M using two different colours. Or one word on top of the other but in a box of another colour

Needs to be plain and crisp but with rounded type font (not flashy) and if box used rounded too.

Colours
Orange and green
Orange and blue
Green and blue
Maybe yellow not sure

Below is a couple of examples but not exactly like these. On first logo we like the ripples but not using the I.

The colours of the second one are the type of style of colour eg not bright more chalky
