Contest Brief

Hello,

We are a Cloud Accounting firm with branches in the following:
- Tax Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Financial Planning
- Bookkeeping
- Finance/Home Loans
- Business Coaching
- Human Resources
- Property Investment
- Insurance
- SMSF Management

As you can see we are a very varied firm. Our aim is to provide clients with a "one stop shop" for all of their finance and business needs. Our main brand has been Fiducial for a long time and we also run the brand Evolution Accountants. We recently acquired Wealthfarm and since this merge we have decided to rebrand. Our new company name will be "Innovatus" which will be Innovatus Group for the main brand and each sub-branch of the business (for example, Innovatus Home Loans) will have their own logo. We only need you to create the logo for the main brand and to provide this in the following formats:
- EPS
- PNG

You will also provide us with any font files or colours used. I have attached examples of logos that we have used in the past for our brands. I do not think that the traditional style of our Fiducial logo will continue to work moving forward with our more modern name of "Innovatus". I do quite like the Wealthfarm logo but we are not wanting anything too similar to this due to some bad press associated with the brand. I also find the Evolution logo to be slightly dated.

Our current brand colours are R124 G170 B2 (Green) and R1 G49 B97 (Blue). We are not set on these colours but do quite like how they work together. We would like an option that could easily go on a white or black shirt so you should design reverse options if necessary. One of our directors has suggested yellow as a possible new colour. Feel free to use your creativity here but know that I don't expect to seem more than two colours in one logo.

I would like to see some sort of symbol in the logo, not just text. I would also like to see a horizontal and vertical version of the logo. Other than that we are happy for you to be creative. We will work with you to make any changes until we are happy.

- Horizontal and vertical (stacked) versions
- EPS and PNG files
- Font files
