Contest Brief

I'm looking for a logo of a man wearing a charcoal grey pinstripe suit and a tie (see attached file for tie.) With or without the word kaizen, if the word is included please use the tie colours for it. You may lighten the tie colours but not darken them.

The man should only be shown from the waist up or the chest up.

Any design files will be required during the handover. Can be PSD, ai, EPs.
