Contest Brief

I practive as a solo practicioner and I wat to create a logo using: Marin Law.
Coul use the "words":" Marin Law" or "MarinLaw".
I need a logo with a strong corporate identity / brand/ colours...Web 2.o style?
I really like simple, clean designs using just lettering. Even just black and white. I like Grey, black, lime, orange. Suggestions welcome.
1) Delivered in Scaleable Vector format; 
2) Looks good in color or in black and white
; 3) Looks good in small and big size (not too many details, just letters. I like bold letters but will consider otherwise.)
; 4) If using other "elements" it must be simple.
