Design a Logo for lawyer site

Contest Brief

We're working with a very tight budget unfortunately but this should be a very easy job for someone with the right skills.

The basic Design is in logo.jpg. Please orientate on this.

In top of "Schroeder" there should be "Pustermann" in same font color and size. Cause of more letters, put a black point in front of "Schroeder" like the spacer between "Wirtschaftsrecht & Steuerrecht" but black.

Replace "Wirtschaftsrecht . Steuerrecht" with "Wirtschaftsprüfer . Steuerberater". Same Font size and color. Also yellow point between.

Right now the logo is an abstract S, the new logo should be an abstract P like in abstractp.jpg but not round. It should be a box with 4 rounded corners like in basic design and same color gradient. Also possible to create the P with one slide, like in the original logo in the center of the box (logo5.jpg).

We need the icon as vector graphic and the font, so we can easily change it with Gimp, Photshop
