Contest Brief

Looking for someone to design a logo for my company. It would be used for my website, on emails and letter head, and occasionally on business brochures and presentations. I might want to use it as a watermark on my photos, which are shot with a black background so please keep that in mind. Not sure what size it should be but guessing initially several inches in diameter (400pixels x 400 pixels?) but am open to suggestions. My company is all about expression and creativity using color and light so I am looking forward to what people come up with.
