I tried to change the logo in accordance with your wishes. I searched and replaced the green to brown, as a variant possible to use green but darker than I used previously. I provided two color options in one of the attached files. As for the ladybird, I tried to place it so as not to spoil the design and keep concept. I hope you like what I did. If you want any more changes I will be glad to make changes.

I love this design, I think it will work very well for my business. I prefer the option with the word 'matters' in brown. I'll need it it a range of file types and of good enough resolution for printed banners and posters as well as website and stationary. If you could provide a monochrome version too in dark charcoal grey that would be brilliant!
