Contest Brief

I need a logo for rebranding/renaming my small counseling business to: Caring Life Counseling.
My business is currently: www.buddinglotustransformations.com
I love my current logo but I don't think it quite fits with the new name (Caring Life Counseling).

My counseling business will be targeting people who are going through a lot of change in their life, people who are starting to take care of their aging parents, people who are having problems in their relationships, and other mental health issues (depression, anxiety, etc. )

I would like the logo to contain only two colors (at the most), which should include the color purple that is used in the attached file. Other colors could be: green, blue, or black. Needs to have a white background. Flat colors -- nothing shiny or 3D or gradiant.

Logo could be an icon or could be a part of the name -- I'm open to either one. Please see the attached file for what I have thus far.

I would like the logo to communicate: Peace, Calm, Wisdom, Transformation

Winner will need to provide the following:
- Logo in these formats: .api, .eps, .jpg, .png
- Font file for any fonts used
- Transfer of rights for me to use freely

Winner may have an opportunity to create my website banner.
