Design a Logo for Musician

Contest Brief

I've attached the logo I had been using. It says So Much Soul with my name (Jim Seem). I'd like the logo to feature those words. I'm looking for something that really pops that I could use for t-shirts, as well as the website. Something clean and iconic (if possible)

As far as colors go, I am open however I really like the light blue color in my previous logo.
Ideal format would be .ai so that I can more readily use for shirts etc.
