Contest Brief

I would like a logo that fits the background at the top left corner of http://blog.kejser.org.

The logo most meet the following requirements:

1) It must use a simple colour scheme (max 4 colours)
2) It must render nicely in 40x40px and all the way up to 200x200px
3) Vectorized graphics nice, but not required. If not vectorised, logo must be supplied in 40x40px, 100x100px and 200x200px image files
4) It should be minimalist... Not full of details
5) The logo will be put on a clean black or white background and must look good on both (anti aliased variants to be supplied for both)
6) The logo must include some symbolic reference to databases and database design

Congrats Nathanrobinson ! No doubt you had a nice idea, and were quick enough to do modifications as per CH requirements, but I was amazed at Thomas's quick decision. Though I didn't get enough time to prove myself, but I really liked the prompt decision of his. Mr. Thomas, you have a new follower at your blog now, I am your new fan.

Thanks so much for the feedback. Take a look at #31 for my most recent version. I've made the database stack a little off-kilter, showing some playfulness and motion, while keeping it classy with the bow tie. I appreciate your feedback and I hope we're getting closer to something you like! Cheers.
