Contest Brief

Hi all - I'm a small business specialising in industrial automation projects. I engineer, build and program industrial control systems using such things as PLC's, HMI's (touch screens) and control panels. I've been using a simple logo for the past few years and now its time to get serious.
I require a new modern logo that reflects my business in a simple way and I can use for all promotional matters. The business name is Up and Running Automation and can be abbreviated to URA if suitable. I would like a logo for simple branding, i.e. emails and the logo will be used with the full name for larger promotions such as website and business cards.

Update - I'm changing my name from URA to UARA - as in Up And Running Automation - this will be to match my URL for my website - UARA will be used with the description 'Industrial Automation'.
For the Icon - I would like to reference a Closed loop system' like this - see attached image

Update - after further review, I'm reverting back to URA as the main logo name. This will run with the 'Industrial Automation' description as described above.
The icon will be based on a arrow loop similar to the file now attached. This is a simple representation of a closed loop system. Make this icon as dynamic as possible, i.e 3D or shading effect. Loop can be 2 or 4 arrows or have tails, etc.
