Contest Brief

I require a new logo for a solution business.
I would like something that looks clean & something that People Will remember. (not some cartoon-ish style)
I do not want Short form like PMS in any form.

This logo will be used on business cards, website and watermark on images.
My card are black colour with lamination compare to typical White background.

Business name is Premium Management Solution and I would like the files in psd or jpeg format.
My partner and I will be reviewing it.
