Contest Brief

I'm developping a small business of Marketing and International Business Consulting.
Marketing is the primary activity and International Business will come later. The main areas of marketing will be Strategies
The business is called Smart Mango. The idea is to design one logo to represent the whole business; the logo will need to be duplicated for the sub categories of the business (marketing and international business).
I want the logo to be different, but classy (Smart), clean and unique. I would like the mango to be used in the name.
Meaning of the brand: Mango must refect a dynamic business, fruitful, tasteful strategies and ideas. As well the mango is a fruit with a hard core. Smart must reflect the tactical, smart and unique ideas. As well with a touch of elegance.
The logo must look professional but not too corporate.. My targets are SMEs (mostly small businesses). I not want the logo to be too busy
Colours: I would like to use a mix of elegant colours such as grey, white or black with dynamic colours such as yellow, green, orange

Hi guys,
Thanks for updating the logos.
I can see some nice ideas, but there isnt any logo that I would pick at this stage.
To summarize the feedback:
- I really want to see something to reflet the smart bit (elegant and intelligent). I think the colour is important to show smart
- This is for a marketing consulting business. Some logos look like cartoon. the logo must sound serious enough for people to give credit to the business
- I prefer not to use capital letters (I dont want it to sound like "SM")
- I prefer the mango to replace the "o" instead of the "a" or other letter
- I want a nicer shape of mango, since I would like the mango to be reused in browser subtab as a symbol
- You can also try to write smart mango on 2 lines...

#3 Tristan thanks for your entry. I think the logo is not dynamic enough. I would use use orange and Yellow instead of only orange. If I had to choose between both colours, I would pick yellow, but if you can try with both. Also the font is not unique enough, I would want something smarter, elegant. And I would emphasize the mango shape, and the leives to go on the right side instead of left side
