I need to re-design my Logo.

and Change the tag line from "Real estate done exceptionally well" to "Your Local Real Estate Experts"

I am a realtor and use my logo on business cards, yard signs, newsletters, shirts, etc. it is my primary branding. I need a simple logo that depicts real estate and looks professionally done. I don't dislike the logo i currently have, but it does not look professional and I need to change the tagline, and it needs to have a transparent background so that I can layer it on top of images in my newsletter.

I am leaning towards the SIMPLE logos with the word Awesome being the most emphasized or in other words the thing that grabs the most attention. I See a Lot of designs which I like, but since "Eric's Awesome Team" is not a very "serious" or "Stuffy" name, a House shape that is More whimsical or freehand might be best.
