Contest Brief

The business is based around supplying other businesses and communities with high speed network and internet connectivity. The logo needs to be a simple design containing the business name NetworkUp, specifically containing a capital N and U, all one word.
I have no specific design currently in mind so I am looking for inspiration and creativity. The only advice I can currently supply is to keep it simplified with only a maximum of up to 3 different colours or less, no more.

Please ask a lot of questions and keep throwing lots of examples at me to help work towards a winning design.

The winning design is even ripped off from "Union Bank of India" ... The nerve of that "designer" ... If the CH is OK with this fact, this looks more and more like a scam.

This might have been a scam between mycustompc (the contest holder) & mamunfaruk ( the designer ) to rip other people's off their hard work ... No one in his right mind would pay $30 for an ugly logo like this much less $490 ...

Guys.. Just to clear the air.. Copyright laws state that any logo with similarity or a 'similar' design is a copyright violation. It does not matter what 'colors' are used in the logo as long as the design shows 'striking' similarity to the naked eye. However, the violation occurs only if the original logo is registered / copyrighted / stocked. Even If the logo is not registered, the original logo can claim their copyright any any point, PROVIDED, they are able to furnish proof of creation which has to be EARLIER than the copied logo.

Side note to CH : This CAN lead to a copyright violation sooner or later and even if it is not your fault, you will lose this money and probably lead to a larger lawsuit.

Don't try to make the contest holder confused too. You all should carefully compare my logo with the logos in the links provided by "eagleartist". Off course there exist are some clear difference. I am requesting to find them out and then talk about it.

I personally have visited the links provided by "eagleartist" and found no similarity with my logo regarding edges, angles, colors, fonts and meanings that my logo symbolizes. I think the contest holder off course Google'd these logos before awarding prize.
