Hello

We would like for someone to design a logo for an exciting new online network for professionals. The logo is to be used on websites, as well as social networking sites, email signature blocks and letterhead. The logo needs to be provided in each of the following formats: (i) JPEG; (ii) PNG; (iii) gif; and (iv) any other format required in order to enable use of the logo on social network sites, websites, emails and letterhead. The logo must be provided in high resolution. The name of the network is: "FLaMes: The Network for Gujarati Professionals"

The logo must look exclusive, contemporary and professional, and must relate in some way to India, law, medicine and finance. It should have a white background, and the text itself can incorporate an image/shape and/or tasteful splashes of colour to reflect the concept.

The successful applicant agrees that:
- all rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) and interests in the logo vests absolutely in us and the successful applicant agrees to take reasonable steps to perfect any transfer of the logo and all intellectual property rights in the logo to us
- the successful applicant waives all moral rights that it may have in the logo
- the logo is an original work and the successful applicant represents and warrants that the logo does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
