Contest Brief

shortcoursefinder.com.au and coursefinder.com.au
Online course listing websites.
1 logo required for each website, but 'Course Finder' text should be the same design for both 'CourseFinder' and 'ShortCourseFinder'
.com.au not to be included in the logo

- Each logo MUST include an icon/image (preferably square or can fit in a square)
- "CourseFinder" to be the same font/style on ShortCourseFinder and Course Finder (similar to how carsales.com.au and bikesales.com.au are related but different)
- Clean, simple, corporate, modern but also a bit fun
- similar to seeklearning.com.au (but not the same font or colours)
- two logos need to look similar but "CourseFinder" to be more mature/corporate and "ShortCourseFinder" more fun, bright
- try to stay away from gradients and shadows, prefer 2D
- try to keep the text separate from icon/images so they can be used independently
- also be able to invert colours (dark background or light background)

Final logo to be supplied in vectorised form either AI, PDF or EPS (no higher than CS5). Preferably an Illustrator not Photoshop file. All lines to be clean and easily editable, all elements separate where required.

Please exclude the colour blue from your designs. Also would be more interested in designs that do not feature a magnifying glass. Remember the text should be separate from the icon so they can be used independently.
