Design a Logo for Our New Trading Name

Contest Brief
We manage and maintain properties for banks and lenders to the point of sale. These properties have been repossessed but we would like to stay clear of that in the logo.
Our main aim here is to hopefully inspire you to create a new looking, fresh looking, clean cut property maintenance logo under our new trading name.
'Asset Ready' is the trading name and name to be used in the logo, some other words you can throw in there are, Plan, Prepare, Manage, Maintain.
I have attached a few examples of what I like here.
Some ideas I had to include could possibly be:
Outline of a house or featuring a house in one way or another
Half and half outline of a house showing one side bad and one side good to represent the work we do
Tick mark next to the logo to represent "READY TO GO" or "READY FOR SALE"
The selected winners logo will be used in both digital and physical printing and sign-age for vehicles, combined with your contest winnings, if you would like to add real life vehicle printing and physical printing to your portfolio, this is the contest for you.

Mainly just the logo, I can do the rest. If you can provide the logo in various formats and resolutions then thats a plus for me. Like business cards, letter heads, etc etc etc. Everything helps. Some nice designs so far.
