Design a Logo for our online company "Mishoppa"

Contest Brief

The start-up is named: Mishoppa
mishoppa.com

Mishoppa.com is a marketplace (ebay-like) where people just open their own shop, is a buyers meet sellers platform.
The company is South American/Caribbean market based, but looking forward to go international.
The platform is a fun and community to sell and buy, it represents the culture and the Unity of the Caribbean and Latin America people.

About the logo:
The Logo should represent the spirit of the Latin America/Caribbean people, which is Unity
Main color: Black & gold
Additional color: Green & indigo.
The Logo should contain the name (Mishoppa) and de slogan: Our commitment, your growth.

My own ideal: The last letter of the Company name ("a") can be designed to look like a Shopping Cart with the world map(Globe) in it.
Remember it is a a Caribbean/South America company so the angle of the world map(globe) can show case that part of the world mostly or something close to that.
Colors:
Black = Stability
Gold = Success, Value, wealth and enjoyment of life.
Green = growth, balance and desire to expand or increase.
Indigo = wisdom and justice along with fairness and impartiality.

Slogan: Our commitment, your growth.

NOTE: The above info is just to help you along, but bidders are free to come with something different and unique, something which is totally different . You can come with something different from what I just described.

Must be unique, creative and original

Need High Quality png/jpg ect files

The company name is "Mishoppa"
mishoppa.com
which means "My shop/shopping"

      Actually, what freelancer promises is just a generic number. It depends on the type of contest and what kind of complexity of design it demands. It sure does depend on the prize money you're awarding, but there are really many contests out there offering $30 and getting loads of entries, not even close to the number you got.
      Rejecting an entry costs skill points (XP) to a freelancer, whenever you reject an entry, a freelancer looses 10 XP. Since you rejected most of the entries, contestants already know that their entries have high chances of rejection resulting in loss of points.
      Of course, NO ONE can stop you from rejecting entries, it's a part of the process of a contest, of how it goes, and your are absolutely right on your part saying rejection is also a feedback. Maybe you haven't got much time to respond to each entry, it's PERFECTLY fine, no problem.
      Hope you got what I actually wanted to say.

    Guys, as I mentioned in the project description: The LOGO is NOT for an online shop, it is for a online MARKETPLACE like eBay, so please can you take that in consideration when designing? Also A logo with a BAG would be suitable for a Online shop but not for my Company like.
    Can you please READ the project description to understand the general idea?
    The shopping cart and Globe(world map) I mentioned in the description is to show in the logo that we as a company connect buyers, sellers and products.

    Hi Guys, thanks for the designs, but I'm not looking for just the name of my company on a piece of paper, I want a real design with at least some creativity in it. Please do read the project description.
    Is not a logo for a taco stand, is a online based company, We want creativity in the design. I would love to have a actual design that include a world map/globe. We want a creative design, not just our company name written in colors.

      I'm not sure you got my message, but I didn't mean that design. I was talking about #2 , you can adjust design #2 then you put a Globe/ worldmap within the a of the "@". Plus there is no need to show case South America in another color, as long as it is visible, it's fine. Also, can you show us this new version in a couple of different fonts, like a bit more artsy? Do not forget the slogan either,... oh and the gold if fine as long as its a bit more gold and less yellow.
