  I like 57 & 53. 57 is easily modified for both the parent and child brands,'mobile solutions' parent and 'mobile' child. I like 57, but take away the black background, drop the large 'mobile' and inside the silver ring of the image include 'mobile solutions,' which could very well be used for both parent and child as 53.
