Contest Brief

I need a banner logo that is similar to the look of the one already on the website, but need it to look more professional and a little more colorful. The image of the person is a separate image, and will still be there so do not add that in your design, and leave space for it in yours (it's hovering over the right side of the logo). I need it to be the same dimensions as the one that is already created as well (965px X 150px).

I have attached the file logo that is currently being used so you can see it. Please do not duplicate it, I want unique ideas.

So far I've marked the ones I like, and I rejected one because it didn't leave the space on the right hand side I asked for. Keep them coming, I look forward to other ideas. Think outside the box, I'm open to something completely different if it looks awesome!!
