Contest Brief

We need a logo for a private security company.
The name of the company is going to be priority one security.
We are hoping to use the P and the 1 if possible, but we aren't set on that, and other symbols that illustrate the name or otherwise give confidence in our security services will be absolutely fine as well. Any designs that don't relate to the name will be ignored.

This company will provide armed and unarmed security guard services to private parties, large groups, festivals, fairs, etc. We are eventually hoping to have large corporations outsource their security needs to us also. For that reason we have to keep the logo a little softer then a SWAT team or special forces unit logo might look. No skulls, or pirate looking stuff.

Another consideration that we have is that the logo will most likely be embroidered on uniforms, patches and hats as well. So the logo must have pretty clean lines in order for it to look good embroidered. We will also have to keep the colors pretty mild. Again, this is going to be on the shoulders of a uniformed security officer, please consider the symbol accordingly.

I would like to avoid logos that resemble a family crest and locks used as the primary identity symbol.
