Contest Brief

We are a real estate brokerage based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States currently seeking a graphic designer to help create a new company logo for us. The name of our company is "Pillar Real Estate Advisors, LLC." This name does NOT have to be incorporated into your logo, but it may be if you wish or if you believe there are certain fonts that accompany your logo best, we are open to that as well.

Our current logo can be found in the Files section of this contest. We believe we need a more creative design for our logo however, so please only use this as a reference for what we believe is "too simple." We do want to keep the pillar theme intact, but would like to play around with pillars and see how creative we can get with them.

Our business also revolves around connecting people; those who have space to sell and those who are looking to buy. If we can incorporate this idea into the logo, that would be interesting to see where we can go with it, but it is not required. Only an idea.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to post on our public board or contact us directly. We will do our best to provide feedback on your work as it comes in so you can see the creative direction we'd like to head in.

  I don't think I like the lettering being part of the pillar in the logo as the P is in here. Also, the front isn't quite the style we are looking for.

  Thanks for modifying. In all honesty, I'm not 100% sure what my boss will want, but I know this contest will put him on the right track for sure. Your work is great too and I will let him know. Out of the two new ones, I like #95 better. I don't think "Pillar" needs to be in the logo as it is in #97. These are great though and thank you for taking my recommendation.

  I like these. #56 is a bit too bland for what we are looking for but #57 and #59 are interesting and creative. I would recommend looking into more options with the details of the pillars and the tops of them, but these are a good creative possibility.
