Contest Brief

Shearwood Photography is looking for a new logo for use on our website, Twitter, FaceBook, business cards and letter head, and polo shirts.

We are also looking to rebrand ourselves, so the colours and fonts used in the logos will be used in the website also.

This contest was previously posted as a project, but as Im not sure exactly what I am looking for, Ive decided to open this up as a contest!

Shearwood photography specializes in virtual reality 360 degree immersive images, virtual tours, panoramic photography, architectural photography and digital image retouching and restoration. We are a very small company in a niche market. We are based in Melbourne Australia. We have a small but international client base, but wish to grow in the Australian market.

See our website for examples of out work www.shearwood.net. The website has recently been converted to Wordpress and content is still being uploaded.

We are looking for a contemporary professional looking logo. We don't have a specific colour scheme in mind and prefer conservative colours, but dont be afraid to add a dash of colour.

So, we are open to all ideas! I look forward to being flooded with choice!

Dear CH. Rejecting designs causes the designer to loose points and credits, especially when no feedback has been given as to why the design was rejected. Feedback is valuable to all designers as it helps home in on the actual design you are looking for. If a design is not to your liking, either give it a 1 star or no stars, but rejecting serves no purpose at all unless the design is an obvious copy or it has not followed your brief. Rejecting without feedback also has a negative effect on the contest as it puts designers off submitting other designs.
