Hello,

SSOMS (Sydney South Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgery) would like a logo which has the initials SSOMS and a profile of the face/jaw/teeth or mouth.

Options without a "profile of the face/jaw/teeth or mouth" also considered.

Full photoshop and PDF files etc required to allow reproduction and the like for selected winner. Must be unique design and original work.

Tax invoice required from winner.
