Contest Brief

Project:
We are considering to change our logo. Name of the venture is Equintis. Please check www.equintis.com. At the moment as you can see the logo is the name EQUINTIS with a rotated square on top and the letter E inside.

Further Info on name Equintis:
“Equintis” comes from Quintic Equations which are special equations in mathematics since they have no closed formula solution. Quintic Equations are the equations of 5th degree (Quintic stands for number 5).

Interesting facts on the name :
Equin in english means horse.
Equintis has also the EQ in the beginning (Emotional Intelligence)

Founders info:
Mathematics enthusiast. Likes Innovation and creativity. My favorite formula is eulers equation: e^(πι)+1 = 0 .

Project Deliverable:

We wish the logo to be:

Simple
Beautiful
Elegant
Minimal

Nice to have but not necessary:

Mathematical
Geometrical
Scientific

The logo needs to reflect:

Quality
Excellence
Innovation
Strength

There needs to be a concept behind the design. Not just something random that maybe looks nice. The reasoning needs to be explained. There needs to be some relation to what you see in equintis.com and to what has been described in the project.
