Design a Logo for the Motor Yacht TALOS

Contest Brief

We are looking for a logo that can be featured on the side of the yacht as well as the stern (back). The side feature will protrude off of the side of the boat roughly 2 inches and be backlit. The stern feature will simply be painted on or attached as a larger sticker. We would like the logo to simply be the name "TALOS." Some other ideas have been to incorporate a couple additional images into the name, for example the outline of the island of Crete in the "O" or perhaps an actual Talos hatchet in the "T". Any relevant research on TALOS that can be incorporated into the logo is welcomed perhaps concerning texture, finish, design, etc. One can generate a feel for what the majority of these logos look like by searching "yacht name boards" in google images. Please pay attention only to exterior photos for a reference as the interior asian theme has changed to a modern clean and updated decor. We would also like to use the logo for the front of our shirts, letterhead, logo cups / napkins, ect.
