Contest Brief

I need a professional looking logo re-designed. I would like the same type of idea, but make more professional looking and also with more simple colors (2 or 3) instead of the fading that is currently on the design. I am going to have some T-shirts screen printed and it's easier for 2 or 3 colors then the fading that is on there now. I also want the website www.therefuge-settingcaptivesfree.org at the bottom of the design.

I'm am choosing the logo for my Aunt and she said she likes the idea of her original design, she just wants it to look better. Still have the cross, still the chains breaking and same words. I'm still choosing a winner in the next day or so, but please make some designs that closely resemble the original design of hers. I truly like most of the submitions that I see already submitted but this is for her. Thanks guys.

Yes, well most of the women were abused first and started using drugs as a mental way out. They kinda felt like they were stuck and couldn't get out. I sort of want the same kind of design but I'm always up for whatever ideas you have.

Please see #57 . I used the same woman in the original logo, and limited the colors to just 3 (white, black and red). I made the chains fall down though, making them flow along the arc where the text "setting captives free" goes... The symbolism of the woman embracing the cross (The Refuge) makes the chain fall apart.

I can see why you would want that logo redesigned. It really sends the wrong message. Looks like the women were slaves.
