     BUT FOR THE FREELANCER'S WORKING HARD ON THE LOGO, I INCREASE PRICE MONEY AS WELL.

     put the word as it is "Zzee_Ds vbm INDIA" as the bottom line of logo (professional fonts will be preferred, as well as I will love to see good fonts; and rating will be based on them also)
     
     and then I need an iconic logo above it.
     
     the whole image may be a square shape or not. but try to shrink the bottom line. not too much long, either square or in ratio of 1.5:1::bottom line:logo
     
     do not border it.
     background transparent, or white only.
     no filter's on text.
     
     I will here with you always, will guide you once I seen your first design, there pro/cons...

     in the logo, I want to add this word "for individual'S" (last "S" is capital).
     put this word in small size.
     
     it should be read as "virtual business management for individual'S or vbm for individual'S etc.
     
     let me know if you need more clear.
