  Please submit some pure text logo. I think just text with color font variation or combination could be good.
  
  I generally don't like complex design, and I haven't seen any good balance symbol..

     Hope you can give feedback on #45 which is minimal and uses text only. I included "& A" to include "Associates". I also submitted 2 entries ( #43 and #44 )with balance graphics, but these designs are not dependent on the graphic logo and can just use the acronym instead. Thanks!
