****UPDATE**** I have attached an example of logo (it's actually a business card design) i really like, if someone can do something similar but better quality, it will be certainly part of my choices.

Hello Freelancers,

Worldium Real Estate Investment is a real estate fund based in California that invest in single and multi-family homes throughout the United-States. I would like to revamp our logo. It can be an improved version or a complete re-design. Based on the Logo selected, we will re-design our website accordingly on a later bid opportunity.
