The software development side of ZyBOX Enterprises (a soletrader company), Mercenaries Gaming Networks (MGN for short) has recently been rebranded as 'ZyBOX Labs'.
As ZyBOX Labs plans to venture into alternative areas of software development in the future (such as for iOS, Android, etc), we are designing a new website, and require a logo to be made in ordinance with the below requirements.

The logo should be provided in vector format for use in Adobe Illustrator to enable us to obtain the correct size logo for use in various applications.
It should contain the words 'ZyBOX Labs' and be in colour (I will also accept mono [black and white] entries), and also not be too simple or too advanced; it must be simple enough to show our customers that we create great software experiences, but must not be too 'busy'. It should use a 'clean' font.

As long as the creator of the logo designs the logo in-line with our requirements, we will allow free-reign to the creator on other aspects of the logo. We encourage free-thinking at ZyBOX Enterprises, and will consider alternative designs outside of the boundaries of our requirements.

Edit: It does not have to be in mono, I have edited the project brief for this. However, the logo should not be too colorful.
