Contest Brief

Real Estate development company Momentum Development LLC & related general construction company Momentum Construction LLC are in need of logos, business cards, & letterhead. Logos (& icons if applicable) can be different but we want a streamlined identity (similar color palette & theme).

Companies are forward-thinking and would lean towards a clean progressive identity vs. traditional.

Keep in mind, our Logo must be transferable onto our website, our stationary, marketing products and therefore must be of a high quality and resolution. It must also easily transfer to other products such as banners, signs, customized fleece, shirts etc.

The winner, if selected, will be paid $200 upon final agreement and modifications of the Logo. All rights to the design and the Logo will revert to Momentum Development once payment is made. Momentum Development will be the sole owner of the Logo and design.
