hello, here is my layout for your banner, following elements from your website, facebook and flyers supplied. design keeps clear for top and bottom of the banner which somethings becomes obstructed especially the bottom, all main copy is within a view zone when you are stood in front of it.

please can you source another image of a clean house that will be of a high enough quality that it doesn't get pixelated at the lrge size that the banner will be please.
