Contest Brief

Hello guys,

I need help designing a banner, it has some limitations and this is why I would like to discuss the limitations of the creative copy with you.
This banner has to be Flash but if you have knowledge of HTML5 and can provide both formats with ease, will be great.

You will need to design every aspect of it, we will provide a draft, the creative copy and detailed instructions.

We will however request that 1 revision is allowed within the budget.
