Contest Brief

Hello, our pre-school now creates a newsletter (both sided A4) every month and we need to be able to
1. populate template rather than create it from scratch every time
2. paste it in an email rather than send as an attachment.

We need a nice attractive design to go with our new logo. Some framework and more structure.

The newsletter should include sessions such as: Initial welcome (section at the beginning), Quote of the month, Diary dates, Picture of the month, News, Important, Events.

I have attached our new logo and an old newsletter just for an idea. It needs to look much better than that.

  Yes, or any other email. It needs to be pasted into an email and keep the format nicely and be readable absolutely fine.

Have you considered using mailchimp.com? its a free marketing platform where you can manage your email lists and subscriptions. Its very user friendly and already has some templates available.
