Contest Brief
I need a website mockup for a user entry page with two fields that allow clipboard pasting or typing manually.
The initial page will ask for a referral code of 8 alphabetic characters (validation required). Bonus if these are auto-corrected to all-caps (A-Z) with javascript, etc.
Upon field 1 completion a second text box will appear/enabled to input account ID, a validated field of exactly 12 alphanumeric characters. (a-z, A-Z, 0-9).
A post/submit button will appear and upon post it will submit two fields to a new database record in an existing MySQL table.
Second page will query a field via query from an existing MySQL table and display an email address and a generated QR code of the email address (for mobile phone scanning).
