i have a company www.inkmasters.net.au
i sell and Lease out Printers and photocopiers, i'm after a professional yet bright / Neat / Eye catchy Proposal that i have to submit to a customer, and i will just update and change the prices or photo of the copier as needed, i have now one which i did but needs to be more professional (see attached)
I want something written simple, to the point 1) about my company B) annalysys comparing what they pay now to houmuch they will save with this newmachiine. C) The proposed machine and Price D) Fill out the form and lets get underway.

What program or software would you like to be able to edit it in? Will you be distributing the proposal electronically (ie via email) or printing and delivering (either in person or by mail)
