Contest Brief

Hello

I need a real estate brochure template. A completed multi-layer apartment shall be advertised using this brochure.Template with lorem ipsum texts and free stock pictures is enough. No expectation for royalty-free pictures or real texts inside. We will continue this template, add photos and texts inside and finalize the design by ourselves.

Requirements are;
- Double sided front page & back page and minimum double sided 1 page inside
- No requirement for paper size and layout, however suggested design shall match a global paper size standard.
- Template should be royalty-free
- Photoshop .psd file should be delivered
- It shall fit to real estate (multi-layer apartment) marketing
- Modern, eye catching and attractive design
