Hello,

In need to create a brochure for an new company who assists worldwide investors to buy real estate properties in US.
We already have the logo, not yet a defined corporate identity, so the brochure design can be invented/created from scratch (just taking in consideration the logo color code and look & feel).

The information to be displayed is basically the following:
- 1st side (cover): just company name and some images representing the business
- 2nd side/3rd side: why investing in US is a great opportunity + chart that you can find at (http://us.spindices.com/indices/real-estate/sp-case-shiller-fl-miami-home-price-index) showing the increasing home price. Please, at the end of the chart (that should be redesigned, add +15.78% 1 year increase)

.. and how we do it
- 4th side/5th side: some property deals examples (includes investment price starting at, expected ROI). Some very nice images have to be shown, representing mainly 3 kind of properties: very nice flat with view on the ocean; single family house in nice suburbs (Wisteria Lane style); double family house.
- 6th side/7th side: who's the team part of this success, company details
- 8th: back cover with contact info

The target of the brochure is high spending investors who are willing to have return on investment higher than the average investment solutions proposed.
The brochure look and feel should be: exclusive, consistent, professional, sure.

I would like to have the illustrator file / open file of the winner in order to be able to modify texts if necessary.

Hello, size could be a4 horizontal, binded. But any suggestion for other sizes (which are big) are accepted.
I'll share images and logo asap. Is it a problem if i dont have the content already?
