Contest Brief

I need a squeeze page, I can set this up on a new URL with a new page away from wordpress or keep it on wordpress if you wish to format it to fit the page on our website OR just design a graphic.

We also need a cool contact form designed, you can use your own php mail functions or any free wordpress plugin which already does this but we need the template designed.

THIS HAS TO BE A STRONG SALES DRIVEN DESIGN - WE ARE GETTING CRAZY HITS BUT NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONVERT THEM - THIS IS A LOCAL BUSINESS NOT ONLINE/AFFILIATE

Our logo, some previous graphics and our web address where you can take some info needed for the content, the content will contain what is on that page, you can change the wording to suit.

Can we do it in html css?
