Contest Brief

I need a template for my e-learning site, with the following requisites:

1 - Moodle 2.1 compatible
2 - Space for my logo
3 - Menu with options for categories, courses, promotions, etc
4 - Background with technology related image
5 - Design of 3 banners for courses
6 - "Slideshow" of banners for courses
7 - Description of course when user passes the mouse over the banner
8 - Box for subscribing newsletter on top
9 - Space for facebook page banner
10 - Integrate Paypal and other payment systems so when user click on banner it can see details of course and pay for it.

I'll give more details after, but the job is not complicated.
I'm specially interested on making the site beautiful, attractive and intuitive for students.
