Contest Brief

I am looking for a tshirt design using the phrase "Tooth or Dare". The t-shirt is being marketed to dentists and hence the play on the phrase "truth or dare".

I need to own and have the commercial license for the design so it can be sold on.

I would like the finished project in a photoshop (psd) file size 4500 (width) x 5400 (height), resolution 300 dpi.
