Contest Brief

I need HTML page to meet my requirements. Refer my attachment and read the below instructions:

1. There should be country selection list box (option menu).
2. On selecting a country the menu should be dynamically populated. You may hard code some values, I can change it later when we do coding.
3. On select of each root category there will be one or more sub categories. On select of sub category the right hand side should load all exam items in scrollable pagination table. It should be exactly like our main inbox with items listed at the bottom instead of top.

4. On click of each exam in the table row it should open exam details at the top with main title, sub title and download/take exam buttons. The selected item should be differentiated with some background color. On top of exam item table add text something like "There are 200 exams found on this category".

Note that the page I am attaching here is created in paint to show what I am looking for. You should use proper color and fonts to match with my corporate branding. Look my site http://examboat.com/exams/index.html and take relevant JS files. One more point I want to mention here, both header and footer should be in fixed position.

The page should work in all leading browsers (IE, Mozilla, Chrome..etc). You cannot use this design for any other projects after I awarded.

Should we make database for it for generating content on runtime ? Or simple some values in the code itself ?

Just use some static data in the code itself.
