  Hello!
  Does the development of the website has to handle only French or English and French?
  Wordpress plugins are allowing both the automatic translation and translations particularly made​​.
  Example: you have a page in French and its English equivalent, for example. Management and recognition of what page must be called, depending on the language, does the plugin.
  Another important question: does your server is Windows or Linux?

     The website will be only on French. You don't need to add a plugin for that.
     The hosting will be on linux.
