Contest Brief

I would like a website designed for a funny picture website. I want the site to have multiple pages(funny pictures, videos, fail section, submit your own photo) I would also like a page on the site for users to submit their own photo to the site where i would first approve of the site and then it would be posted. All pictures on the site will be rated with a thumbs up or down. and also have a page for top photos, most likes, most views, ect. Anyone can vote for the pictures, just once. but to submit a photo must sign up to be a user. Name of the site is www.funnyphoto.co
