Just a few suggestions to get you more people to provide you with samples for contest is to 1) don't reject as the person loses points and most people don't like being rejected; 2) Focus your colors on your icon as most professional businesses use the colors palette in their logo if they have one. Hope this helps! :)

contact us would have a form as well as the contact information for the company
