Contest Brief

I need a website concept for my company, Inflection Design Group, LLC, which is a builder of urban infill residential real estate projects. I have an existing logo for the company, which is attached here as an upload, but feel free to come up with your own. I also include the logo of a name we build under, Acadian Custom Homes. I need a website that showcases the projects my company has already completed, as well as introduce future projects to prospective buyers, clients, investors, and other interested parties.

The style of buildings I have and will be completing varies from updated traditional to contemporary. Therefore, I need a layout and design that is elegant and timeless and not overly fussy on either ornate fonts nor an aggressively avant garde approach. That said, only pictures of the more traditional styles are available at this time. I attached some sample pictures of a project here.

Major headings to include are: Home, Previous Projects, Available Properties, Company. Under each heading could be a drop down. For example, Company could include Profile, Contact, News,

It's IMPORTANT that clicking on both Previous Projects and Available Properties takes the visitor to a list (maybe with an embedded google map) that allows them to choose a particular project to see more details and a photo galley.

I need the mockup to be a "template" or "skeleton" that can be easily updated with content as needed. Additional work may follow to update and add extra functionality to the website.

Hey "man", for your information, my entry #29 is 1000 times better than winner's. I'm not sure you can read but contest title says "real estate development". You did it intentionally because I'm from country Georgia. Read my response in private comments.

  First of all, I didn't withdraw. You rejected. Second, I had both psd and html/css files. Third, ONE picture and 2 texts is not site. My design has much more content than winner. Forth, this contests are for beggar countries india, bangladesh, pakistan, egypt, turkey, romania, mexico, macedonia... i.e. all countries except Georgia. That's all. There is no sense to prove anything here. By.

Also, please ensure some consistency between pages (such as the navigation title bar), so the identity and experience of the website is consistent from click to click. And to also ensure that the visitor can always navigate to where they want to go without using the back button.

It would be best if you can code a mockup website where I can go to and click through to experience the site as you would build it. Otherwise, please give an indication of how each page will look. Many of the entries so far consist of a single long image and I have no idea if they are meant to be separate pages or if it's one long scrolling page...

Also, please note I do not want too much text on the home page. And my company is NOT a brokerage firm, so we do not sell or rent property for others. We build all the homes we sell and I want to showcase quality not quantity.

Contest is now sealed. Please do NOT simply take screen shots of existing websites and photoshop my picture or my logo into the resulting image file. Those will be rejected immedately. You can use an existing framework that you've built, but you must update it to include my custom content to give me an idea of what your work will look like. After you are selected, I will need the code to the website.
